Is There a Cost and a Corrosion to Your Story?

Damien Chazelle: "Babylon" captures the turbulence of that accelerated change. There was such a violence to those changes that actually resulted in things like drug overdoses and whatnot, he says. The film also touches on religious iconography as there was just this passion for it at its peak. It's the most sublime cinema I've ever seen; you'll never have a greater feeling of looking at a movie made by humans rather than God.
