Kile had a fall at work, and the employer couldn't figure out why this otherwise seemingly healthy guy had fallen. He'd fractured his coxicks. It was on the back end of other incidents that had occurred in the previous few weeks or months,. As well as some behavioral changes that the employer had noticed. So he was becoming more erratic at work, more emotionally, labo blogging up at people. They knew there were problems at home. And so i took my time in that investigation interview with him to try and really get to the bottom of not just this incident, but what's been going on for you in the last few months.
