The Importance of Being Independent

I'm curious to know, as somebody who raises capital or at least did for a quarter of a century, where would you be deploying your capital in a very unsure market moving forward? I own gold and silver, but they're really not my primary. For me, there's very few things in the world you can buy as good as dirt. And so I do choose to do instead, as he would try to figure out how to master's, how do I be income-porn asset rich? How do I continue to buy assets? Hard, real, tangible assets.
