Are You Trying to Build a Huge Agency?

I want to hear your goals, because the idea of building a huge agency. I wish i could say i fully have that down. What i'm doing now is more of the strategy, high level, trying to stay out of the weeds. If you truly care about the process and like the product your offering, which i do love esio and content, i'm weired that way. And it could still be at siege for a long time. As long as i'm optimizing for that other piece and have people in the right seats that are good at the things i now would not be.
