I think sometimes as leaders we forget that we actually lead each other as well like we spend time influencing and focusing on what it's not just hey I'm leading people I'm alone. How important do you think it is in that in those leadership roles that you're modeling this feedback right that you're with each other. Yeah I think you alluded to this but we can spend a little time talking about it in one of the steps of becoming a strengths based culture of course is to have executive or leadership buy in on this right that it begins or it's supported by leadership.
