How important do you think it is in that in those leadership roles that you're modeling this feedback right that you're with each other. Yeah I think you alluded to this but we can spend a little time talking about it in one of the steps of becoming a strengths based culture of course is to have executive or leadership buy in on this right that it begins or it's supported by leadership.
