The Issues With Open Source Coding and AI for Coding

I did have one question I wanted to ask you. Can, can developers use co-pilot to help write WordPress code that's supposed to eventually be open source? Oh, got a prefix list with, I am not a lawyer. You know, people are discussing how open AI and chat GPT was trained on datasets that weren't open source. And now technically the results are legally ambiguous,. especially when it comes to using it to code, etc.
