Is There a Fear of Caffeine?

The fear of mine was that my performance would drop. I've discovered that it was an unwarranted fear. And so you'll find that your energy levels are much better when you're on a carnivore diet or even just keto diet, high fat, meat based keto diet. You start mobilizing more energy and you feel better. That's why things like coffee and stimulants make us feel better because we're burning more energy and we feel great.
