The study was focused on trauma, but we know that our patients are always very susceptible to human and amic collapse based on their underlying disease process. There's a few patients that you can consider not utilizing ketamine. The next medication is going to be either are you going to use ketamine? If you have it available, are yougoing to use accommodate? We know that accommodate will cause a vasodilation. It will cause patients to decomposate in that way.
