New Home Owners - Is the Home Warranty a Good Idea?
Home warranties are offered to new home owners when they move in. They're usually a 500 dollar deductable and cost you 50 bucks a month. We did get one with our old house, like 15 go so ye was always a mixed bag. If i pay for it, then i'm definitely not going to get my money's worth.
