The Best Way to Break Up Sedentary Time

I'm gonna work in whatever posture allows me to be pain-free comfortable and focused on my work. If I am gonna break up that sedentary time I'm probably going to if possible opt for a quick walk around the building. Some kind of ambulation is probably even more effective than just standing stationary. A treadmill desk may not be a terrible idea to look into when you're overhauling your home office.
