How Did You Pivot to Japanese?

When COVID hit, and I had a little extra time, I decided to embark on learning Spanish. So then I switched to Japanese. And I would spend like 20 minutes a day learning Japanese just to kind of like scratch an itch. Then I would spend the other hours that I had allocated on Spanish. After a year and a half, I was in a position where I could watch most of the stuff that I wanted to watch on Netflix, no problem without subtitles.
