I think what I've seen is most companies are at one end of the spectrum. And let's take two companies which we are not involved with. One is Google and Apple. But they're both next to Facebook in terms of their data-driven culture. So I actually think there is actually no good middle ground. Most of us normal human beings, like we might be pretty good at it. It's still helpful to go talk to customers. We may need to hold this video for a while.
