Ten years after ratification, it had a transformative effect on how we think about each other as partners. We've gone through a period, and we're still kind of in it, where i say, protectionist impulses are very strong in the united states. But at the same time, it has, i mean, all that has happened, it meant that koreaas looked and said to the unite states, how do we really deepen our economic ties if the united states? So they have pledged something like 25, 26 billion dollars in building plants in the united States.
