Hayek can say the following tens of thousands of transactions that helped to generate this order were unjust. That doesn't depend on it being immaculately pure in all of the transactions. The overall outcome, because the outcomes are neither just nor unjust. They're emergent. People dress up market outcomes as having moral attributes that Hayek didn't think they had. But that create a widespread sensibility among those who have those who own those who earn. That they do so by their merit.
