It had been days since they left troy a smoking shell of its former glory, and the ships were overladen with priam's gold. Odysseus shook his head as he felt the cool heralds of an oncoming rain sprinkle his arm. He pointed to the shore with its sheep and storehouses laden with wine barrels. There was a kingdom there.
