Is Ticketmaster a Monopoly?

Ticketmaster reportedly has up to 80 percent of the market in America. The question is whether or not this stifling innovation and allowing them to run inefficient systems that are not fit for purpose. DICE which operates mainly in Europe but has just started working in the US as well who sell the tickets for the Primavera festival in Spain say they're able to process 80,000 sales simultaneously because they have invested in cloud computing solutions.
