The Opposite of Public Schools

In the last few decades, we've seen traditional public schooling expenditures go up by at least 100%. But then you see outcomes usually remain flat or decrease in some cases. When a government school sucks, it tends to get more money. In my latest study, I looked at 14 or 15 different cities. The charter schools actually received 27% less funding than the traditional public schools.
