How to Be More Connected to Your Body and Understand Your Emotions
I think it's happened naturally by becoming more connected to myself. I'm still relatively early in my transition, you know, just over two years on T. The more I've been feeling embodied, I do feel the ripple effect into all these other aspects of my life,. More confidence, better boundaries with people. And so much of it has to do with trusting my instincts more.
