Building Trust in Your Feelings

How do you build trust in your feelings? Is it a bit hard? Co-pilot. I'm trying to think how to even begin to answer that. For me, a lot of it was not trusting them and then seeing things go wrong. The importance isn't just knowing what you're feeling; it's also trusting your feelings.
