Climate Change and the Hunger Crisis?

Howard Kurtz: Climate change is a big factor in the Horn of Africa hunger crisis. He says war, civil conflicts and flooding are also affecting aid delivery to people who are starving. The World Food Program told him that more people were displaced this year because of climate than by wars or conflict. Kurtz: It's not going away; solutions need to be taken into consideration.
