Lulu Direct

Lulu direct and bookfalled are the two main print on demand services. Lulu direct's prices have gone up 20% recently, but they also add a one dollar 50 fulfilment fee. Book vault is shipping everywhere for me at the moment - it takes several weeks to some places. So i'm hoping in the more people who use book vault dot ap, and tell them that we need printers all over the world.
