The more time you spend worrying about you the less time you have for others and their thoughts. Write a list of people in your life that do matter to you like your friends and your family. And this goes for anything like make a list of activities or hobbies that you're really good at. So when people do critique you their words won't hurt as much. It holds no value and it holds no truth.
