There's a whole bunch of different ions, positive or negatively charged elements in the body. So if we have a think about it, think about all the different types of ion that are present. We've got sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium phosphate. The concentration of these things are balanced either side, which i think is amazing. And at the end of the day, when everything's ha unhealthy, the water doesn't move one way or another. St what is that balance? Cord is at electro chemical gradient?"
