Italy is such an overwhelmingly aging society. The fretelli celebrates natalism. What they would like is a return to the age in which young people had more babies. Older italians who were shaped by the politics of the seventies, eighties and early nineties are most likely to vote for the fratelli. Young voters under the age of 24 dramatically favourd the p d over and the five star over the frotelli.
