What's Happened in the Pandemic?

Research shows that workers who were unionized in the pendemic were less likely to have lost their jobs, to have lost wages. They were much more likely to have had paid sick days a to rely on if they got sick. The question is whether or not people's consciousness of the need of a union, and their desire to have a union, actually translates into unionization. Lots of kers seem to be much more positive towards unions and are exploring unionization.
