Herla, it was a very interesting, interesting time. The success of selling a product wasn't really the success we were after. We were after looking after clients and giving them the best advice. And i had a fairly long cue at my office door saying, what on earth have you done thisas this is crazy. It was the start of something which is still under way to day. But when we're talking about 20, nearly or 15 years ago, so were still in the process of coming to that profession.
