Teaching at the kennedy school there, people are coming from all kinds of superinteresting professional and personal backgrounds. So i want to take advantage of that when i call on people. In my class plan then i have a list of sort of who i want to call on based on how they bere doing in the class, what i'm going to be talking about. And i kind of have that as sort of a reference, so that i can be much more intentional on who i call on and when in a class. Otherwise i would just kind of point at the first hand i saw, which can be pretty counter productive.
