In Bitcoin, the beauty of Proof of Work systems is that they can recover from pretty much any level of failure just by being on long enough. The downside of that is if you throw up a bunch of hash power at the network, you can take control of the network. Solana exists for a reason and it's to do something, you know, a quantum leap really from what Ethereum is doing.
