The Five of Cups Moment

You can't move on if you're always looking back. It's that focusing on what you've lost instead of on the potential for the future. Don't think that it's a one and done kind of deal, especially if you're dealing with relationships that were very long term or intense. Sometimes you do have to do it more than once. And yeah, definitely remove them from your social media. Stop following them. If you see them moving on without you, you're kind of expecting them to be in the same emotional space that you are. All that does is end up. Poison. Your own ability to move on.
