I think a lot of the combativeness too is not just the fear of retribution, but also like, you're telling me I wasn't doing my job right. They wanted to thin themselves and what they've done and we don't care. That's what we're here for. We're here to help. 100% of the time, our goal is to help. And if we point out something that was done wrong, it's never a personal attack. It's like, hey, let's grow together here.
