What Did This Really Do to Hurt You?
The key element of any defamation cases, what did this actually do to hurt you? And that's another area where i think there is a pretty compelling argument to be made. In this case, imean dominion was pretty significantly harmed. I mean, certainly these lies have, you know, damaged the reputation of their company. On the other hand, i do see that a lot of their economic losses that they're counting on are based on future expectations.
