Part of the harrypotter legacy is its huge financial success, starting with the first film and continuing like a jugganaut. It would be difficult to put a number on how much exactly the films, books ando the merchandise have made,. but i asked scott mendelssohn, a film critic and self described box office pundit o forbes, to give it a go.
