The Importance of Vukha in Management
Vukha stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. The acronym was introduced by the US military in the 80s to describe what leaders were confronted with. Jan: I think there have been new acronyms arising to kind of maybe emphasize that it's even getting worse. Vukha is something that a lot of people would in a way refer to describe in a way the mess we're in.
