MacOS X - Control Strips Collide, Right?

There used to be a thing called the control strip, which was sort of the touch bar before there was a touch bar. Maybe maybe it' better to just say, there's one manu bar, and on the left side it's the aps, menuitems. On the right side, it's the system wide things. But the notch makes it more complicated because it takes, especially on the 14 inch side, takes precious e pics away from the middle.
