Anti-Seizure Medications During Pregnancy

Carbon maize pain is one it can treat all the seizure sores except petite malt epilepsy but you do get craniofacial defects and fingernail hyper hyperplasia. Avoid carbamazepine during pregnancy too. Valproic acid is another one that you have a risk of 1 to 2% of spine bifida and infants. You can get a fetal valproate syndrome with apocampful folds, shallot orbits and low set ears. So none of these sound good are there any anti-seizure medications that are safer during pregnancy? You know not to my knowledge.
