"This place is like a virus, constantly under attack by antibodies," says owner Ava. "No matter where this place sets down from day to day, when I open the doors to start the day's business, someone is going to need us." The diner has no fixed spot and opens every night at 6 p.m., sometimes an hour and a half outside of Phoenix. It could be ice harpies or giant malevolent super-being chasing leaf across galaxy.
