Air France says it's now investigating your case. Have you actually been able to speak to a human about the issues you've experienced? No. I tried submitting it on line, and i tried doing that over several days, and i couldn't get through it. And my husband, whos intercoputer, thinks that probably ther er data bas is full of complaints because oftes not going on. If money box hears anything about that, we will come back to you.
