The Future of the Chips Industry

The chips act is certainly going to get a round of new investment in the United States. The question is whether it gets a second round and a thirdround. In terms of the distribution of where chips are made, I think there's no doubt you're going to have some reduction in Taiwan's importance. But that's not saying much, because Taiwan is so important today.
