How to Find the Right People for Your Business
I wouldn't say I'm struggling, but like, well, I'm struggling to get more. It's more the case of if we want to grow to 1.82 million next year, we're probably a need another six to eight members of staff. So my idea for my childcare business is to now start actively recruiting in new cars, saws and county Durham. And those people will be able to live here for a year for free, give them a thousand pounds. We're going to actively recruit in the north of the country and try and bring people down south.
