Sally Kohn: This is really fat shaming and deeply and profoundly inappropriate. The only person who can be seen sympathetically, if you're taking a Grich's words at face value is the husband. She says she grew up in that form of evangelicalism but doesn't abhor it because I know how manipulative it could be.Kohn: We live in a culture right now where people are trying to divide religion and science. So it makes the job of a therapist that much harder.
