i feel like i hear time and time again, ik, that all sounds well and good but i've been told, i need to produce this. And it seems like that's thea. And it can't be. We'll just work harder because that fernetic pace will just fill whatever time you you give it. So i think that that is this piece of saying, like, aggressively defended. Maybe you can only defend five % of your time to start, but make that five% really valuable. Start pushing to try to effect that shift"
