Menopause or Alzheimer's? Is God the Narrative?

In the Quran, does it specifically say about dementia or Alzheimer's? No. But God is clearly stating that men and women are more likely to suffer forgetting than men. That's what the statement is. So why if God wanted to say it was because of menopause or Alzheimer's, why didn't he put that in the book? Because I'm giving you an apology, like a reason why it does fit with the narrative, but God has more than one reason.
