I love looking at, again, the structures and environments. I'm pretty passionate about how people put those frameworks together. How is the leader? Do you make sure that that's all managed, but yet, you know, it's all aligned rather than you see a lot of silos and environments? Well, obviously, as you've alluded to, we have a multi-disciplinary cogency with lots of different elements in there. Every one of which is a specialist in their own area. And so I think what you have to do in a leadership capacity is consciously in deliberately create lots of contact time between those individual elements of your cogent team.
