Do not use your phone on the field of play is a pretty reasonable request. You don't like it the standard uniform? Maybe that's a rule, but that's sort of just the outfit you have to wear. No phones in the food room because some players like eating alone and they like being on their phone. We wanted players engaging with each other. We wanted togetherness. About three days after instituting that rule,. it became clear to us that that rule was not going to be followed... So had to change the rule.
