Are You Changing Thought Patterns?
One thing people don't often think of as a habit, but that is a habit, whether we know it or not, is your thought patterns. thoughts you've had for so long come eventually becomes a belief. The goal is really to get to a place where you learn how to modulate your thoughts. And I like something that comes from, this author, her name is Byron Katie. So it's questioning the thoughts. You can't just take all this thought that come in relating to your pain as something that is true. We don't have to hang on to these belief systems if they are not serving us well.
