I don't believe anyone should have caps on their bonnces. I also take an interpretation of a thing called gresham's law, which is that bad money drives out good money. And in this instance, i fear that bad policy drives out good public policy. We find ourselves in a world where there's a kind of tyranny of elected politicians, that they have to seek popular approval. and popularity i tend to associate with bad policy.
