Osteoporiscanist Chris Boulden says he will stay out of this gentleman's wrist. The patient is a lictimin stage two, which means our lunate is still in reasonable shape. So I'm going to leave the wrist. Well, maybe not if the vascular bone graft cures the problem. But according to the evidence or lack thereof, a joint leveling procedure in a denervation will do very well for this patient. Do a leveling procedure from the Volar side. And then we can talk about our next topic.
