Mortgage Servicers and the State of Colorado

The only pressure points on a mortgage servicer come from state and federal regulators, nowhere else. When you originate a loan or a refinance the originator of that loan reserves an iron clad right to sell your loan off to a servicer. So we have no voice in the thing, and that's why it has to come from the regulators.
