I would tell them to do exactly what they will be unable to do, which is come up with a very orderly transition that makes the company look like it is in the best possible hands and aggressively communicative at. It's tough because you sort of, I mean, none of those kids would be a visionary leader and neither would Jerry and the two. We haven't really met a visionary yet. There's no visionaries yet. But it seems to me like that that's the whole thing. It's like going to be three against three. And what's going to happen? Right?"
