Cameron: I was absolutely the same person day and day out and at home and at work. There was no game face. So you make it. Like when social media came around, I had the first Facebook account that went into God John, in May of 2007. The second is to really actually getting to know your employees. What are they scared of? What are they struggling with? If you actually care, you'll connect. And then the last one is I always try to take something and make it a little bit more than a business, a little bit less than a religion.
